Dear Parents/Carers
End of Module 6 & Arrangements for Module 1 2024-25
I hope this letter finds you well. As we approach the end of another successful academic year, I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of the academy. Your involvement and dedication play a crucial role in the success of our students and the overall well-being of our school community.
This year, we have had many reasons to celebrate, and these achievements were recognised at our end-of-year assemblies on Friday. It has been a joy to see the hard work and accomplishments of our students celebrated throughout the year, and I am incredibly proud of each and every one of them.
Unfortunately, I need to share some personal news with you. I have recently experienced some health issues related to my back which require medical attention. As a result, I will need to take some time away from my duties at the start of the next academic year to undergo treatment and recovery. During my absence, Mrs Goodall, who was recently promoted to Deputy Principal, will serve as Acting Principal until I return.
Mrs Goodall will be supported by Tracey Trusler, Academies Director, to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible education for our students. We are confident that Mrs Goodall will maintain the very high standards that you have come to expect from our academy, ably supported by our excellent staff.
Thank you once again for your support and understanding and we look forward to continuing to work together to provide a nurturing and inspiring environment for our students.
I wish you a restful break and look forward to returning in full health at the start of module 2.
Yours faithfully
Mr M Gore | Principal
