IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS – EASTER REVISION Y11 AND Y13
During the Easter break we will be offering a bespoke support programme for Year 11 and Year 13 students to enhance their preparation for the summer exams. Sessions are by invitation only and invites will be sent home to those students concerned.
Easter Holiday Revision – Year 11
To support students in the preparation of examinations, the school has invested in staff to provide some additional intervention sessions for students during the Easter holiday, shown below is the schedule for GCSE students in Year 11.

Easter Holiday Revision – Post 16
In addition further support is being provided by staff for students studying in Post 16. The following sessions have been provided. All students studying the subject should attend.

Student Record of Progress (ROP)
Exams are now a short amount of time away, to support students further we are asking all students to take home their record of progress folders before the Easter break. Students will be able to use these reflections to support their ongoing revision for their upcoming exams.
Please can you ensure that these folders are stored until students receive their results in August. Please ensure that your son/daughter keeps these in a safe place. In some extenuating circumstances, exam boards may ask for evidence of your child’s work and these might be used in the unlikely event that your child was unable to complete their exams.

Charity Donation
On the last day of the module we are encouraging students to wear something red to raise money for ECHO Evelina Children’s Heart Organisation. This is not an own clothes day, students can wear an item of clothing that is red i.e. scarf, hat, gloves, socks in exchange for a charity donation. You can make a donation via your ParentPay account which will be titled ECHO Charity Donation or your child can place their donation in the charity buckets.
ECHO supports families affected by children’s heart conditions, who have been treated by Evelina London, Royal Brompton or Harefield Hospitals and their networks of specialist local hospitals. ECHO provides support from the moment of diagnosis, throughout every stage of their journey including any treatment and care pathway, or bereavement. The charity offers a number of practical services aimed at supporting these families, often when there is little other help available.
May we take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and wish you, your families and friends, a peaceful break. We look forward to welcoming students back at the start of Module 5 on Tuesday 22 April. Period 1 will start promptly at 8.30am, when all students will attend tutor time.
Yours faithfully
Mr M Gore
Principal
