As part of their Life skills course we are planning to take our Year 9 students to the conservation site in Hoo on 21st May 2019. We will be departing at 9am and will return by 3pm.
The conservation site is an excellent way to show our students some of the work that is carried out in and around Kent. We will be travelling by minibus. We will be asking the students to make a contribution of £5.00 towards the cost of travel. This can be paid via Parent Pay (The reference for this on ParentPay is ‘Bumblebee Conservation Hoo’).
This is a fantastic opportunity for the students to see first-hand how a conservation site is managed and would like all students to be present as this contributes towards their coursework.
Students need to bring a packed lunch with them on the day.
