Dear Parents/Carers

Re: Sports Days/Uniform Expectations: 2, 3 and 4 July

Thank you for your continued support concerning the recent adjustments to the school uniform. We have received numerous positive messages acknowledging our decision to implement these changes in response to the weather, with the wellbeing of our students remaining our foremost priority. Please find below the arrangements for the remainder of this week.

Sports Days

Wednesday 2 July:  Year 7 and 8 Only

Year 7 and 8 will be competing on sports day tomorrow and are permitted to wear their school PE kit to school on that day only.  Please remember that shorts should be football style, knee length cycling shorts or leggings – hot pant style shorts are not permitted.

Friday 4 July:  Year 9 and 10 Only

Year 9 and 10 will be competing on sports day on Friday and are permitted to wear their school PE kit to school on that day only.  Please remember that shorts should be football style, knee length cycling shorts or leggings – hot pant style shorts are not permitted.

Uniform Expectations

Year 7 and 8 must wear their normal school uniform on Thursday 3 July and Friday 4 July – as previously advised, they do not need to wear their blazer or jumper, but must wear their tie for the remainder of Module 6.

Year 9 and 10 must wear their normal school uniform on Wednesday 2 July and Thursday 3 July – as previously advised, they do not need to wear their blazer or jumper, but must wear their tie for the remainder of Module 6.
